The following student clubs and organizations are associated with the Biosystems Group, but are open to all students across the University.

Virginia Biotechnology Association

VaBio is a biotechnology association that promotes biotechnological industry in Virginia. The James Madison University based club meets a few times through out the semester, providing insight into the future of biotechnology in Virginia and offering important information for juniors and seniors preparing for the working field.

Society of Automotive Engineers

SAE is an association that is dedicated to advancing research and resources for mobility engineering. This worldwide association provides information on the latest technologies and offers members even more benefits. The James Madison University club meets a few times each semester.
