Forms for downloads
Many University forms you may need exist only in multiple-part form which you can pick up outside the Departmental Office, Room 122 in the ISAT/CS building, or from Fasha Strange, or Paul Henriksen.
Course Overrides: To obtain a course override get permission from the instructor involved. The Professor MUST THEN SEND AN E-MAIL MESSAGE to PAUL HENRIKSEN in which they indicate they have given their permission to enroll you in the specific class. Be sure that the professor includes your full name and ID number, and the course name and section time.
