Dr. Noftsinger serves as a member of the Social Context of Technology team in ISAT and as a member of the ISAT Graduate Committee. Dr. Noftsinger teaches ISAT 231, 610 and 655. He is the Executive Director of the Institute for Infrastructure and Information Assurance. In that role, he has managed and funded numerous ISAT projects and has overseen the development of a new major called Information Analyst, which will be housed in the ISAT department.
