Information Systems is an academic team within the ISAT Dept., which is part of JMU's College of Integrated Science And Technology.
The faculty of the IS group design and teach upper division courses leading to 2 concentrations of the Integrated Science and
Technology (ISAT) Major:
-Telecom
-Information Knowledge Management (IKM)
They will also assist students in developing a concentration in GIS within
ISAT.

Science Major:
-Applied Geographic Information Science(AGIS).
Announcements:
A new IKM class is being offered next semester called ISAT 440 "Women and Minorities in Computing".
A "Wireless Telecommunications " Telecom class is being offered next semester. Students from other concentrations are also encouraged to take it.
