Job Responsibilities


Serve as an Administrative Assistant for the Geographic Science faculty.  Process all forms required by Accounts Payable, Accounting and Reporting, Procurement, Human Resources and Payroll as needed to complete tasks for the faculty and students.  Provide assistance to the new and current Geographic Science majors and minors.  Tracks and reconciles several program budgets and grants.  Process card access into the two GS labs and manages reservations and the check-out/in of our field equipment to faculty and students.  Is Fixed Asset Coordinator for the GS equipment.
