Quality Assurance
"The proof of the pudding is in the eating."
--an old proverb
As this old proverb reminds us, the true value of something can only be known if it is put to use for the purpose for which it was created. The faculty and students of the ISAT program are committed to a continual process of self-examination in which we as individuals and we as a program will ensure that we are meeting the highest standards of rigor and relevance in our pursuit to solve real-world problems.
This section of the website documents and explains our introspective process as we seek to maintain our position of leadership in innovation and commitment to our community and our world. This section contains the following:
- Mission Statement
A broad statement of what we strive to achieve with the ISAT program. - Program Goals and Objectives
Specific goals for our current students and graduates. - Assessment

How we are making sure that the world outside of JMU also recognizes the value and quality of what we do. - 2007 Self-Study Report
